Where We Ship
Lunavia currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order received and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. There is no daily order cutoff time. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays begin processing on the next business day.
U.S. Shipping Rates
- Orders under $50.00: $6.90 shipping
- Orders of $50.00 or more: free shipping
Shipping eligibility and charges are calculated from the merchandise subtotal before taxes and shown at checkout.
Delivery Estimates
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other events outside Lunavia's control.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will email tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after the carrier receives the package to become available.
Carriers
Orders may be delivered by carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or their delivery partners, depending on destination and service availability.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Lunavia is not responsible for delays or extra costs caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses. If you need help with an order, contact support@trylunavia.cc as soon as possible.
